Founder Ryan Alonzo spent the first 6 years of his career working as a Program Director of a Domestic Violence Intervention program and saw firsthand administrative tasks, emails, phone calls, faxes and paper prevented a program from growing or keeping the quality of services where they wanted them to be focused. These factors easily took a team away from doing the most important work of helping make their community a better place. In 2011, he had the opportunity to acquire Webware Solutions as a means to provide real help to overburdened and underfunded county agencies and treatment programs dedicated to human rehabilitation and development. 12 years later, Webware Solutions is using innovative ways to continue leveraging the incredible power of data management and technology to help people help people better...every single day.
